Getting there

We recommend arriving by public transport. Please take the Bus No 790 from Wattwil, Nesslau or Buchs railway station to the bus stop ‘Unterwasser Post’ or ‘Wildhaus Lisighaus’.

The shuttle bus runs from the Unterwasser Chäserrugg Bahn bus stop, the Wildhaus-Lisighaus bus stop and the Wildhaus valley station to the Klanghaus and Resonance Centre. Your event ticket entitles you to use the shuttle bus to the Klanghaus. Please arrive at the Chäserrugg Bahn valley station (bus stop: "Unterwasser Post") 60 minutes before the start of the event. The bar at the valley station will be open for you. While on the shuttle, your sound guide will provide you with information about the event and the Klanghaus.

OSTWIND ticket included:

Your event ticket entitles you to free travel throughout the OSTWIND fare network to the event and back home again. If you are travelling from outside the OSTWIND fare network, please purchase a public transport ticket to the first stop in the fare network. Parking

Please use the car parks at the Wildhaus valley station or the Chäserrugg Bahn valley station.

Shuttle Unterwasser – Klanghaus:

A MyBuxi minibus runs from the Unterwasser Chäserrugg Bahn bus stop to the Klanghaus. Your course ticket is valid for the shuttle at the start and end of the course. Please arrive at the bus stop 30 minutes before the start of your course and look out for the MyBuxi minibus. You can store your luggage at the Klanghaus.

OSTWIND ticket included:

Your course ticket entitles you to free travel on the entire OSTWIND fare network to and from your course. If you are travelling from outside the OSTWIND fare network, buy a public transport ticket to the first stop in the fare network. Please check that your chosen connection stops at this stop. Parking

Please use the car park at the Chäserrugg Bahn valley station.

To get to the Klanghaus or the Resonance Centre, please park in the valley at the Wildhaus or Chäserrugg Bahn mountain railway and cable car car parks.

From here, take the mountain railway or cable car: from the Oberdorf or Iltios mountain station, it is a leisurely 25-minute walk directly to the Klanghaus and the Resonance Centre.

Alternatively, you can book the ‹mybuxi Toggenburg› on-demand bus service. There is no free parking at the Klanghaus or the Resonance Centre.

We recommend arriving by public transport. The bus line 790 runs every half hour from Wattwil, Nesslau or Buchs SG railway stations to your desired starting point:

• To start at Wildhaus Oberdorf: Get off the bus at ‘Wildhaus-Lisighaus’, then follow the signs to the Wildhaus mountain railway valley station.

• To start at Iltios: Get off the bus at ‘Unterwasser-Chäserrugg Bahn’.

• To start at Alp Sellamatt: Get off the bus at ‘Alt St. Johann, Dorf’ then follow the signs to the Wildhaus mountain railway valley station.

Parking

Please use the car parks at the Wildhaus or Chäserrugg Bahn valley stations. Your Klangweg ticket entitles you to travel back to your starting point by bus.

Klangwelt does not sell tickets for the Sound Trail. These can be purchased at the valley stations of the mountain railways. For group rates, please reserve tickets in advance directly with the mountain railways:

Toggenburg Mountain Railways (for starting in Alt St. Johann or Unterwasser)

Wildhaus Mountain Railways (for starting in Wildhaus)

From the free parking spaces behind the Raiffeisenbank and from the bus stop ‘Alt St. Johann, Dorf’, it is about a 7-minute walk to the sound smithy.

The bus line 790 runs every half hour from Buchs SG and Nesslau to ‘Alt St. Johann, Dorf’.
